From a very young age, Adrienne Traywick loved arts and crafts and fashion. Her parents always encouraged her artistic endeavors, and even allowed her to paint two abstract murals on the family's living room walls. Growing up with two very fashionable parents, Adrienne had a natural talent when it came to accessorizing.

Working in the high tech industry in Finance, Adrienne found she was becoming very "left brained". While caring for her mother during a very long illness, she turned to jewelry making to relieve her stress. After mourning the loss of her mother, Adrienne emerged a year later, ready to follow her passion for fashion accessories. She invited her girlfriends over for an "Accessories Party", and was amazed at how they couldn't get enough of the jewelry and handbags. With the success of that party, Adrienne decided that she could not only design her own jewelry line, but a specialty handbag line as well! And so, with the encouragement of her husband, the "Traywick" brand was born.

"Traywick" was created for the woman who watches trends, but isn't trendy. She looks for quality, style and timeless pieces. She wants unique, fashionable accessories that she will be able to use from season to season. She is a woman who recognizes that you don't have to have affluence, to have influence. In honor of this belief, Adrienne created a very special handbag, "LaRue", in honor of her mother.
